2. Principles
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we also take its requirements into account. We only process data necessary to operate this website, communicate with you or fulfil legal obligations.
3. Website visits and server logs
When you visit this website, our hosting provider may record technical data in server logs. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
This data is processed to provide the website securely and reliably, diagnose errors and prevent abusive access. It is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes or to meet legal obligations.
4. Hosting
The website is initially provided through the existing Adminflex hosting service. The hosting provider processes technical data on our behalf where necessary for the operation, security and maintenance of the website.
5. Contact form, email and phone
If you contact us using the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and for any subsequent business steps. The data is deleted when it is no longer required for these purposes, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
The contact form collects your name, email address and project description, as well as your company and selected topics if you choose to provide them. This information is sent to experity by email. You are not automatically subscribed to advertising or newsletters.
To protect against automated enquiries, we limit the number of submissions. An identifier derived from your IP address using a secret key is stored together with a short-term request counter. No form contents are stored for this purpose; expired entries are cleared when further requests are made. This protection does not use cookies.
Email transmission may involve security risks. Do not send sensitive personal data by unencrypted email.
6. Google Fonts
To display the Open Sans and Michroma typefaces, your browser loads files from Google Fonts. Your IP address may be transmitted to Google in the process. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing in other countries, particularly the United States, cannot be ruled out.
Further information is available in Google’s privacy policy.
7. Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website does not itself set cookies or use analytics, advertising or tracking services. It has no embedded appointment booking service or external chatbot. External websites you visit through links are responsible for their own data processing.
8. Disclosure and transfer
Personal data is only disclosed to service providers where necessary for the purposes described or where required by law. For transfers to countries without an adequate level of data protection, we observe the safeguards or exceptions provided by law.
9. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may in particular request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion. You may object to processing or request that it be restricted and, where applicable, request the release or transfer of your data.
Please send these requests to info@experity.ch. We may require reasonable proof of your identity.
10. Data security and changes
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. This privacy policy may be updated if the website, our data processing or the legal situation changes. The version published on this website applies.
